- What You'll Do:
- Verify the accuracy of financial figures, postings, and documents.
- Maintain organized and secure files, records, and cash.
- Manage and analyze computerized financial information using spreadsheets.
- Classify, code, and summarize financial data for record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and tables.
- Handle period-end closing procedures and reports.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and statements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide professional and timely service to guests and colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- What We're Looking For:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred: More than 1 year of relevant experience.
