Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients and AI tool users.
- Own client communication end-to-end: emails, calls, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins.
- Translate advertising performance and product insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Run biweekly or monthly client calls, aligning on goals, performance, and next steps.
- Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the AI ad analysis platform.
- Gather client and user feedback and turn it into clear insights for internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with PPC managers, product, and leadership to ensure client objectives are met.
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines.
- Track account health, satisfaction, and risk signals across both service and product clients.
- Keep CRM, documentation, and internal tools accurate and up to date.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven background managing client relationships in an agency or service-based environment (Client Account Management Experience).
- Experience in Customer Success, Product Success, or supporting SaaS users is a big plus (Product / SaaS Mindset).
- Clear, confident, and professional communicationโboth written and verbal (Communication Mastery).
- Comfortable explaining performance data and product insights in plain language (Analytical Thinking).
- Ability to manage priorities, follow through, and keep things moving (Organization & Ownership).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, task management tools, and dashboards.
- Amazon PPC knowledge or strong motivation to learn quickly (Amazon Ads Familiarity).
- Proactive and curious; spots issues early and looks for ways to improve client and user experience.
