Responsibilities
- Own client success from matching and onboarding through long-term retention.
- Coach clients on delegation, workflows, and best practices.
- Lead accountability calls to keep clients and Executive Assistants (EAs) aligned on goals.
- Create onboarding plans and role expectations that set partnerships up for success.
- Act as a strategic advisor by addressing challenges early and constructively.
- Support strong communication between clients and EAs.
- Identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 plus years in customer success, account management, coaching, or similar roles.
- AI native mindset with practical use of LLM tools.
- High ownership, calm under pressure, and coachable.
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or business owners.
