The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months while continues enhancing its Cabin standards.

The Role
Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently recruiting a highly motivated Compliance Monitoring Operations Auditor to join our office in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Be assigned with audits that are part of the Annual Audit Schedule, within the scope of Part-OPS and Aircrew.
• Confirm that the procedures meet the applicable regulations and standards.
• Conduct autonomously the auditing process, including the production of audit reports, while verifying audit evidence in a systematic, independent, and documented way.
• Conduct inspections whenever required and to confirm Hi Fly Operations providers deliver services and comply with contractual specifications and applicable regulations.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• Academic degree
• Auditor Certificate (preferential)
• Strong Organizational skills
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and "best practices" (preferential)
• Good communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel
