Role Overview

monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive who speaks German fluently. You will be responsible for closing new business relationships with our customers. You will join our Consulting Team based in London.

As an Account Executive for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line), you will be responsible for growing CRM sales by giving expert-level knowledge about the industry, sales, and the product to our customers. You will focus on the value our CRM product brings as part of our WorkOS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and CRM-focused demonstrations to agree on business results, while showing possibilities and recommended approaches.
  • Develop a full understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect its use directly to customer ROI.
  • Act as a product owner in an agile setting, creating strategies and coordinating support from different teams to develop and deliver the number one CRM product in the market.
  • Stay current with industry trends to position monday.com effectively against other options, and constantly make our offering better for scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Native or Bi-lingual German language fluency.
  • 2+ years of experience selling a dedicated CRM SaaS solution.
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle and Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to get things done. This is the start of a large-scale build-out.
  • Ability to keep growing product knowledge and stay current on industry trends to position effectively against competitors.
  • Show strong sticking to process, with a passion for making process better.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with executives.
  • Experience negotiating and handling contracts and legal discussions.
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, both inside and outside the company.
  • Excellent writing and speaking communication skills.
  • A history of success being self-starting, focused on results, adaptable, and curious.
