Responsibilities
- Manage 8 to 10 customer implementations at the same time.
- Work with internal teams to make sure delivery goals are met and client feedback is included.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, turning business processes into adjusted Field Materials workflows.
- Help make implementation processes better by finding patterns, gaps, and ways to work that can be repeated.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software Customer Success, IT professional services, or software sales engineering.
- Alternatively, experience working as a project or purchasing manager at a self-performing General Contractor or specialty subcontractor.
- Good understanding of general ledger principles in accounting.
- Understanding of computer networking and security principles.
- Strong understanding of project accounting workflows.
- Proven history of managing and growing a group of customer accounts with high NPS and low churn numbers.
- Ability to clearly explain customer requests and product issues to engineers.
