Your Role at SIXT (Responsibilities)
- Together with the colleagues of the support team, you are the interface between customers and chauffeurs
- You make sure that we meet our excellent quality standards and bring every customer safely from A to B
- With the help of specially developed tools, you monitor the punctuality of our drivers worldwide and organize alternatives if necessary
- You ensure that every booked transfer is assigned to the driver
- You make sure that drivers and customers find each other, whether at the airport, in front of the hotel, at the fair, in the company or privately - even when things get chaotic
- You take care of every customer - whether celebrity or not
Your Skills Count (Requirements)
- You speak fluent German and good English
- You enjoy dealing with partners and customers, have a very good listening comprehension, communication skills and empathy
- You can react very quickly to new facts and bring good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- You are willing to take over shift and weekend services
- You are confident in using the PC and software
- You are proactive and pick up the phone
