🚀 The Role:

As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing the digital user experience across Western Europe. This involves collaborating with subsidiaries, managing content, and driving adoption of internal tools.

Responsibilities:

• Onsite Digital UX: Support the rollout of a regional digital UX improvement plan, communicating priorities and working with subsidiaries on implementation.
• CMS Support: Provide training, resolve queries, and raise tickets for CMS bugs for local subsidiary editors. Support content requests using the Group Client content sharing approach. Gather and share subsidiary feedback on CMS improvements.
• Onsite Content Activation: Assist in rolling out templated web content, ensuring high-quality content for local markets, adhering to brand guidelines. Create new onsite digital content, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Onsite Internal Search: Communicate the internal search rollout plan, provide training, and share best practices to improve customer experience.
• Digital Communications: Deliver the internal regional digital communications program via e-newsletters and webinars.

Digital Marketing Experience:

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
• Experience managing website content using CMS (OpenText and First Spirit experience a plus).
• Understanding of the role of onsite content in digital marketing strategy.
• Ability to produce and edit engaging digital content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Basic understanding of web analytics (e.g., GA4).
• Passion for content management and understanding of CMS trends.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills.

Overall Experience:

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard.
• Minimum 3 years of e-commerce/digital content experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required; other European languages (especially German) are advantageous.
