What You'll Do: πŸŽ―

  • Engage business customers, showcasing Apple technology and highlighting how Apple and third-party products can benefit their businesses and employees.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on purchasing options.
  • Serve as the go-to expert and mentor for the store team on business customer needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate across the Apple Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events, recommending unique offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Build lasting relationships between local businesses and Apple Retail through proactive engagement, exceptional service, and tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in our CRM app.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Retail or sales experience, or related work experience.
    • Experience with Apple products, services, and solutions.

    • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions.
    • Strong rapport-building skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.

    • Deep technical understanding of Apple products and services (in-store and online), along with expertise in business solutions and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in learning and using new tools and systems.
