The Role: As a Specialist, you'll build brand loyalty and create Apple product and service owners. You're dedicated to selling and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be curious, asking questions to understand customer needs and customizing recommendations to enrich their lives.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on purchase options.
  • Stay updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
  • Support colleagues by sharing knowledge about Apple's products, services, and purchase options, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other store areas.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

What We're Looking For:

  • Required: Availability to work a schedule based on business needs (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and reliable attendance.
  • Preferred:
    • Knowledge of Apple products and services.
    • Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
    • Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability.
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn from and help others grow.
    • Ability to learn about and deepen understanding of Apple products, services, and third-party products to enhance the customer experience.
