Join the Cross Border Talents team in Lisbon as a Health Manager!

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00

Salary: 1100EUR over 14 months

Bonus: KPI bonus of 4% of the annual base salary (variable amount depending on the achievement of objectives)

Languages: French C2, English B2

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

As a health manager, you will be the primary point of contact for insured individuals:

• Personalized Support: Advise and assist clients via various channels (phone, email, mail) and manage the settlement of their benefits.
• Customer Satisfaction: Actively contribute to the satisfaction of insured individuals by ensuring quality processing and striving to achieve performance indicators.
• Relationship with Healthcare Professionals: Answer calls from beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, inform them about the subscribed guarantees, and support them in their care pathway.
• Administrative Management: Registration and termination of contracts, entry of reimbursements, preparation of quotes, management of contributions, and updating of files.
• Customer Support: Inform insured individuals about the guarantees of their contracts, reimbursements, and all procedures related to the life of the contract.

No prospecting or sales are required in this role.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• Bac+2 diploma (2-year degree), with or without experience in insurance.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and attentiveness.
• Rigorous, organized, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and achieving goals.
• Languages: Fluency in French (C2) and a good level of English (B2).
