Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting and maintaining existing and new operators in our environments, acting as a customer support superhero.
  • Providing top-notch service to ensure maximum support availability, speedy response times, and detailed updates to our valued customers.
  • Collaborating closely with product and development teams to analyze and resolve issues, taking ownership of problem cases to enhance customer experiences.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and devising solutions to resolve process issues, ensuring seamless operations and support.
  • Taking charge of issues and problems, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Engaging directly with development teams, acting as a bridge for effective collaboration and support on behalf of our esteemed customers.
  • Attending project planning and requirements sessions, completing project work on schedule, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Leading team initiatives and special projects, resolving incidents, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and dedication by taking on additional, unplanned projects to enhance our customer support.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for customer tickets.
  • Embracing flexibility to provide standby support on a rotational basis during specified periods.

We're looking for someone who's:
  • Passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • An excellent collaborator and communicator, able to work effectively with development teams, internal support teams, and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in research and troubleshooting, with a knack for identifying and resolving system issues for customers.
  • Flexible enough to provide standby support on a 24/7 basis during specified periods, if required.
  • Highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willing to go the extra mile, even after hours, to meet project deadlines.
