Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and maintaining existing and new operators in our environments, acting as a customer support superhero.
- Providing top-notch service to ensure maximum support availability, speedy response times, and detailed updates to our valued customers.
- Collaborating closely with product and development teams to analyze and resolve issues, taking ownership of problem cases to enhance customer experiences.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and devising solutions to resolve process issues, ensuring seamless operations and support.
- Taking charge of issues and problems, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Engaging directly with development teams, acting as a bridge for effective collaboration and support on behalf of our esteemed customers.
- Attending project planning and requirements sessions, completing project work on schedule, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Leading team initiatives and special projects, resolving incidents, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrating flexibility and dedication by taking on additional, unplanned projects to enhance our customer support.
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for customer tickets.
- Embracing flexibility to provide standby support on a rotational basis during specified periods.
We're looking for someone who's:
- Passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- An excellent collaborator and communicator, able to work effectively with development teams, internal support teams, and stakeholders.
- Skilled in research and troubleshooting, with a knack for identifying and resolving system issues for customers.
- Flexible enough to provide standby support on a 24/7 basis during specified periods, if required.
- Highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Willing to go the extra mile, even after hours, to meet project deadlines.
