What We Expect From You

We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our goals. Industry experience is not required, but you need to be ambitious, proactive, forward-thinking, a fast learner, and driven to inspire and lead our team.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess a drive to be the best at what they do.
  • Exude a strong work ethic.
  • Embrace ownership and follow through on commitments.
  • Possess curiosity about business, data, and people, and enjoy building relationships.
  • Master communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Showcase organizational skills, structuring and prioritizing work efficiently.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese and work permit is required.

Start Date and Schedule

  • Flexible start date.
  • Monday to Friday, in our office environment. Remote work options are not available.
