Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client and territory plan that supports multiple client teams and or specific assigned partners to drive the achievement of revenue and profit targets.
  • Responsible for the overall channel strategy and commercial agreement and contract design and negotiation between partners.
  • Responsible for partner onboarding and offboarding, in addition to being accountable for sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create the marketing plan.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key strategic partners and continuously look for opportunities to add value to our partners.
  • Work closely with partners and support them with any concerns they may have.
  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction and understand the current and future needs of our partners.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in partner management in a similar field.
  • Experience building indirect sales channels and supporting the full sales process for assigned resellers.
  • Experience leading complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage your pipeline in a CRM and consistently deliver accurate weekly closing forecasts for your reseller network.
  • Strong skills in selling an innovative product in a future-oriented industry.
  • A structured and independent way of working as well as planning and organisational skills.
  • Can work effectively and across teams and enjoy what you do.
  • Speak and write English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Fluency in Japanese would be a very strong plus.
  • Experience managing partnerships in China and Japan is also a very strong plus.
  • A passion for technology and data protection.
  • Some experience in software or SaaS sales or business development in the area of image and video processing, analysis, labelling, etc.
