๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡น About Porto & the Position To support our European growth, ALTEN is building a center in Porto to provide administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We are looking for a Procurement Administrative Technician who is fluent in French. You will work closely with Business Managers, accounts, the legal department, suppliers, and sales, managing your supplier/subcontractor portfolio from start to finish.

๐Ÿ’ผ Responsibilities (What Youโ€™ll Do)

  • Manage internal suppliers: referencing in SAP, creating personnel numbers, sending purchase orders, and issuing contracts.
  • Receive invoices and enter subcontractor activity reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accountancy to resolve intercompany gaps.
  • Ensure cost accuracy in the system and address cost-related questions from internal suppliers.

๐Ÿ’ก Requirements (What Weโ€™re Looking For)

  • A 2-3 year degree in administration or management.
  • Initial experience in subcontracting, purchasing, or accounting is ideal.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Rigorous, organized, and curious with a strong team spirit.
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
