The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will design and execute local sales strategies across Corporate, Leisure, and Group segments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a robust local sales plan to drive revenue across multiple segments.
- Take ownership of personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of key accounts both new and existing.
- Collaborate with the central team to connect with national and international clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Organize and lead property tours, client visits, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and contribute insights to shape future strategy.
- Stay engaged with developments across the wider property network.
Requirements (What Weβre Looking For):
- Proven experience in hospitality sales in the Lisbon market.
- Strong background in corporate and group sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Highly organized, tech-comfortable, and fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong local client network and market knowledge.
