๐ผ The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Flecto, you'll be the initial point of contact for potential clients. Your main responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role is essential, bridging marketing and sales efforts by creating opportunities through outbound outreach and lead qualification.
๐ฏ Job Responsibilities: What Youโll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find and research potential customers using social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualifying Leads: Interact with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and assess how well they fit with Flecto's solutions.
- Outreach & Communication: Create personalized outreach strategies using phone, email, and social media to connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Keep lead interactions and progress up-to-date in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data for reporting and follow-up.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and develop effective outreach strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive scene, and market changes to better position Flecto's solutions.
- KPI Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics.

What Weโre Looking For: Requirements
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (experience in SaaS or the tech industry is a plus).
- Language: Spanish Speaker.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Resilience and perseverance in lead outreach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
- A self-starter with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
