🚀 About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in Sika's global SAP rollout, leveraging the latest S/4HANA features. Based in Madrid-Alcobendas, you will lead projects and teams, delivering solutions based on our global template.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design solutions supporting Sika's business teams globally, using a template-oriented approach.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies within our S/4HANA system, collaborating in a global team (including non-SAP application integration).
• Manage application support, investigating and resolving incidents and change requests to meet the needs of our global Master Data Management team.
• Manage the integration of Master Data with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Ariba, Byd, SRM).
• Identify business opportunities and deliver measurable value; collaborate with stakeholders to promote standardized, state-of-the-art master data solutions.
• Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies (covering data migration, training, testing, and go-live).
• Collaborate with S/4HANA teams on functional and integration topics.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience configuring or implementing SAP MDG solutions, SAP Migration Cockpit, and/or Fiori-based master data maintenance tools.
  • Deep understanding of master data processes, architecture, and the ability to translate these into SAP solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with master data management tools (e.g., MDG-M, MDG-S, LSMW, data migration cockpit, BRF, SAP BP).
  • Experience leading 3+ successful SAP projects as a project manager, functional lead, or functional consultant.
  • Proactive, structured approach to driving initiatives from start to finish.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Nice-to-haves:
  • ABAP debugging skills.
  • Experience with EDI and IDOC interfaces for sales order processing transactions.
