(Senior) Customer Success Manager Spain (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• You are responsible for our Spanish customers and manage all communication.
• You will introduce innovating payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
• You are responsible for training the operational managers (remotely or on site) on our product usage.
• You identify possible issues in the onboarding project and remove them by coordinating with customers and your colleagues from other areas.
• You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients.
• Through your closeness to the customer, you help to continuously make our product and processes better.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects.
• A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations. You are used to keeping several things going at once.
• Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense setting.
• Willingness to travel to our customers.
• You are native or bilingual in Spanish, confident in business English, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
