🚀 About the Role:
This experienced Senior Functional Data Analyst will be instrumental in consolidating and expanding the Business Intelligence (BI) area within the IT department. You'll help define standards and best practices for data visualization, primarily using Power BI. You'll also be a key communicator and negotiator with managers, ensuring BI solutions are effective and strategically aligned.
🎯 Daily Tasks:
- Assist in creating and implementing Power BI standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on BI strategies supporting business objectives.
- Work directly with managers to understand data needs and create effective dashboards and reports.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring intuitive and actionable visualizations.
- Monitor BI solution usage and implement improvements based on feedback.
💪 What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Functional Data Analyst, or in a related BI role, with a strong Power BI focus.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
