Senior Project Manager

πŸš€ Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing Principal Greyspace, Whitespace, and Technology Infrastructure projects across Portugal and potentially other European locations. This includes managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and expanding our business offerings within the Data Centre Solutions sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Lead teams for Greyspace, Whitespace & Technology Infrastructure (TI) projects, ensuring safe, timely, and quality delivery.
  • Business Development & Marketing: Identify and report on major data centre (DC) developments, build and maintain client relationships, and drive growth in the Projects Business.
  • Management, Planning & Value Creation: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. Develop project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management & Development: Act as a project advisor, manage DCS-wide client relationships, and align customer needs with project delivery.
  • Leadership: Provide direct support for Account teams and manage diverse environments with possibly multi-regional responsibilities.
  • P&L, Contract Management & Governance: Assist in the financial performance of the Projects Business and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Commercial and Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project management, contract management, and financial metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of the construction and data centre market/industry, health and safety laws, and project management methodology.
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within M&E, Data Centre, or Technology/ICT sectors.
