Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Identify projects with sales potential and update the project list monthly.
- Conduct sales presentations to consultants and contractors, gather client needs, propose technical solutions using Dextra products, and highlight benefits to get our products specified or selected.
- Prepare sales quotations following company pricing policy and project environment; propose recommendations to the Line Manager for approval.
- Organize follow-up visits and report weekly on sales activities, project status, and achievements.
- Join internal sales meetings to validate sales strategy, refine tactics, exchange information, and plan next actions.
- Participate in technical seminars and exhibitions to promote Dextra products and services.
- Update the sales forecast monthly to ensure adequate inventories and capacities; review with the Line Manager.
- Report market information collected during sales meetings concerning competition, projects, and prices.
- Participate in setting sales objectives and budgets; make sure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Establish professional relationships with clients, ensure prompt and reliable service, and promote our company’s reputation and quality.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Min 5 years of sales experience in building materials.
- Good English communication skills.
- Skilled in using Microsoft apps and have knowledge in CRM.
- Curious, adaptive, and focused on objectives.
- Customer-focused, team player, and results-oriented.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
