🚀 About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart your career as a Software Developer at Oracle NetSuite's Barcelona office! This 12-month rotational program offers two six-month placements across different teams, providing diverse experience and exposure to various aspects of our product and codebase. It's a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.
👨💻 What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and bug fixing of innovative new systems.
- Work from requirement definition through to final product.
- Collaborate in an agile environment, using your skills to solve real-world problems.
- Write clean, high-quality code adhering to SOLID principles.
- Participate in approximately 10 knowledge expansion sessions covering various technical areas.
- Network with leadership and benefit from mentorship opportunities.
✅ What You'll Bring (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Understanding of core computer science principles and a proven ability to quickly learn new concepts (e.g., software architecture and patterns).
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, Python, Kotlin preferred).
- Familiarity with modern web applications and database-driven applications, including SQL. Experience with an ORM framework is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player with a strong analytical mindset and a desire for continuous growth.

- Valid work permit for Spain.
