π― The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping papernest's recruitment strategy. You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with company objectives. You'll oversee recruitment for Tech, Product, Data, and Digital Marketing teams, maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates. You'll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
πͺ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2-3 recruiters, focusing on upskilling and exceeding targets.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, proactively maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, aligning recruitment with business goals.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, reflecting papernest's values.
- Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals to company KPIs, contributing to long-term growth.
- Strengthen papernest's employer brand, attracting diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment stages.
β¨ What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing at least two recruiters.
- Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, offer innovative solutions, and adapt strategies.
- Proficiency in using data-driven approaches and recruitment tools.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, managing high-volume recruitment.
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required.
