About the Role & Porto:

To support our European expansion, ALTEN is establishing a new center in Porto, providing administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We're looking for a Travel & Expenses Specialist fluent in French.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle employee travel requests (hotels, flights, trains, car rentals) efficiently.
  • Advise employees on travel arrangements.
  • Ensure adherence to ALTEN's travel policy.
  • Submit travel proposals and monitor manager/customer approvals.
  • Manage travel orders via supplier portals and internal tools.
  • Verify tickets and vouchers from travel suppliers.
  • Guarantee accurate travel service delivery.
  • Maintain and update traveler profiles.
  • Process invoices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential: Fluent French and good English.
  • Essential: Experience with business travel tools (Online Booking Tools), ideally SAP Concur.
  • Essential: Reliable, autonomous, and a strong communicator.
  • Essential: Organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management, and a service-oriented approach. Team player eager to join a dynamic team.
