Web Developer - ARG (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and launch responsive websites and web applications.
• Write code that is clean, easy to maintain, and effective (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Work together with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Adjust websites for speed, ability to grow, SEO, and accessibility.
• Find and fix problems, troubleshoot errors, and apply fixes quickly.
• Keep up-to-date with new web technologies, frameworks, and recommended approaches.
• Connect APIs, outside services, and backend systems when necessary.
• Maintain documents and make sure version control is used with Git.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio or projects are needed).
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular).
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby (depending on the specific role).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar practical experience.
