What You'll Do:

As a Quality Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving customer service standards for a leading Video Streaming Platform. Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and making sure to comply with quality standards through sample reviews of calls, chats, and emails.
  • Creating insightful reports and dashboards to track KPIs, productivity, and team performance.
  • Identifying areas for improvement, conducting root cause analyses, and suggesting actionable solutions.
  • Supporting team management with detailed feedback and assisting in employee performance reviews.
  • Working with the Training Team to refine and document policies and processes.
  • Driving continuous improvement through audits, calibrations, and actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous QA experience (junior or senior) with a strong understanding of root cause analysis and KPI tracking.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Comfortable with Excel and reporting tools.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends.

  • Language Bonus: 3,780 EUR/year.
