Main Responsibilities (What Youβll Do)
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of all resources.
- Responsible for the purchase order (PO) process for all consumables and components.
- Manage capacity planning and timely replenishment of resources.
- Oversee the maintenance of the site and manage all services.
- key performance indicators for the warehouse and control costs effectively.
- the coordination of all inbound and outbound movements within the warehouse.
- that all picking tasks are completed within the agreed time and service level, in accordance with internal practices.
- Manage the receipt of goods and make stock adjustments across all warehouses.
- automation processes such as Very Narrow Aisle (VNA), Dynamic Rack, and Voice Picking.
- Follow up on KPIs, including the management of inventory risks.
- cycle counts and inventories for central warehouses.
- Act as the key user for the SAP system.
- Provide support for audits and contribute to distribution projects.
- Lead and manage projects as required.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading warehouse teams.
- leadership skills and the ability to guide a team.
- Familiarity with the food environment and adherence to BRC / EFSIS / ISO regulations.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
- Ability to anticipate problems and take initiative to solve them.

- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
- verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to in a team environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Excel.
